Penny is the East Coast Director of Advance - Global Australian Professionals, a not for profit organization working to connect with the large number of Australian professionals working overseas. Advance organizes professional networking opportunities for its members through Chapters across the US and London. She moved to New York to take up her current position in 2005.
Penny hails from Sydney where her family has a long involvement with Variety, her father being one of the founding members in 1975. Penny started V in NSW and served on the Board of Variety, The Children's Charity in NSW prior to moving to New York. She's thrilled to now be involved with Variety in New York.
